Creating your own website has never been easier, and with new tools and programs available it is getting even easier to do. So what methods are there to make a website? Well, keep on reading and you will find out.

The first option is the basic option that some of you may consider. The suggestion is to use a free hosting site such as Freewebs or Piczo. You can use these websites to create a free yet cool looking website. The only downside is that these are websites that many people go for - cheap, easy and preset sites. They are perfect if you’re looking for a site for your friends to see.  However at the end of the day it is down to personal preference.

Another option is to get someone else to make a website for you.  Many people online are willing to build websites for a small fee. Look around forums and search engines, and you will find people who are offering the service. If you look deep enough you may find yourself a good deal.

The last option I have for you is to learn a scripting language. The reason I say this is because learning a scripting language can save you both money and problems. When coding a website of your own you can tweak it to how you want it and change anything you want in the future. The advantage to learning the available scripting language is that you have the availability to learn anything you want.  You can learn new and interesting things and then apply them to your website. The only drawback to this particular method is that you have to learn the scripting language.  This can take both time and effort, and if you’re new to scripting languages you may find it a lot harder to pick up. But don’t let that put you off.  If you are focused enough it is definitely possible to learn a scripting language.  May I recommend that you try learning HTML to start off.  It is quite an easy scripting language to pick up.  It is when you get on to a scripting language such as PHP that it gets complicated.

But don’t give up.  I have given you a few tips and hopefully one of these tips will apply to you. Making a website is easy - you just need to apply the right method to having the website created.
